Investment Criteria

Archer Capital Growth Fund 1 is focused on acquisitions of businesses with the following characteristics:

• Family or other private businesses with strong market positions and/or growth potential, leading to strong, stable cash flows
• Enterprise value of between $20 million and $100 million
• Headquartered in Australia and New Zealand
• A quality management team that is prepared to make a financial commitment to the business is an advantage but not a prerequisite
• An opportunity to invest as a majority equity participant with an equity stake large enough to ensure effective influence over strategy and operational execution.

Additionally, Archer Capital Growth Fund 1 can invest in all companies apart from those that are property related, or companies based on commercially unproven technology.
