Archer Capital is focused on investments in or acquisitions of businesses with the following characteristics:
- Business with strong market positions and/or growth potential, capable of generating strong, stable cash flows
- Enterprise value of between $100 million and $1 billion
- Headquartered in Australia or New Zealand
- An opportunity to invest as a majority equity participant with an equity stake large enough to ensure effective control over strategy and operational execution
- A quality management team that is prepared to make a financial commitment to the business.
Archer Capital Fund 4 has a broad investment mandate and can invest in businesses in any commercial sector, with the exception of those that are property related or based on technology that is commercially unproven.
